General

  • Please provide all the information below when first contacting. I will review the information before accepting your commission.

    • Type of Commission: (Ex: Anime Colored Sketch Bust-up)
      Character(s) reference: (Links only)
      Character(s) information: (Optional)
      Additional Information: (Optional. Ex: pose, facial expression, deadline, etc.)

  • If I accept your information, please provide your Paypal address.​

 

Illustration & V-Tuber Model Art

  • I will send a sketch for approval. Let me know at this time all of the changes you want to be done.

  • The finished high-quality commission/ ready-to-rig file will be emailed to the client when done.

    • Additional cutting for Live2D models can be completed after the commission is done.

V-Tuber Rigging

  • Test models will be sent to the client after each milestone (Eyes & Mouth, Head XY, Body XY).

  • The client will receive a file for face tracking.

Terms of Services

 

​For Use​

  • Illustration commissions are for private use only. ​

  • You are not allowed to recreate or use private commission for profit.

  • You will not redistribute your private commission in areas of paid access.

  • Clients will not use any part of the commission for non-fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, and/or blockchains.

  • If you want to use your commission for commercial/promotional purposes, please notify me for further discussion.

    • Commercial use includes the usage of commission on your Twitch, Youtube, or other ​streaming platforms' channel.

 

Additional Charges

  • Commercial use is an additional charge that will vary depending on the scale of the project/ your following.

  • If you wish for your commission to be private (I cannot upload the image online), it will cost 1.25x the regular price.

    • Clients can request for their commissions to be posted on or after a specific date with no cost.​

  • Please let me know if you have a due date for the commission.

    • There might be a fee depending on the due date and/or availability.

  • Detailed characters may be charged extra.

  • Commissions based on written descriptions and/or an image board of multiple reference pictures will be charged a design fee.​

  • There will be a fee for any major changes made to the finished art.

 

Payment and Refunds

  • Payments will be through Paypal invoice in USD only. NO cryptocurrency.​

    • Any payments made outside of invoices will be refunded/ denied.

  • Payment plans can be discussed if your commission is over $100 USD.

  • You can only get a refund if the payment has been fully paid and I have not begun shading.

    • The refunded amount will depend on the completion.​

    • For full refunds, please note that Paypal has a fee so I cannot issue a full refund, only what I received after the fee.
